Now many of us have joined the tide of fitness, but many times we don't know enough about sports, which will lead to our good intentions, but it will hurt our health invisibly. For example, after accelerating, you can't stop suddenly. There should be a gradual process, slow down slowly and give the heart and brain a buffer time, so as to reduce the chance of heart disease and ensure good health.
Two: Don't drink water after running.
Many people feel thirsty after exercise. After all, they sweated a lot. Some people who don't know the precautions of running will drink a large glass of water immediately. This is actually a very wrong way. Drinking water next will increase the burden on our heart. Although our thirst has been solved, our hearts and kidneys are more tired. We should give them a break, such as drinking water in five minutes. Anyway, there's no harm in drinking water right away.
Three: You can't take a shower after running.
Do people take a shower just after running? Presumably, many people will do this. In fact, this is a very wrong behavior. Just after running, we will sweat a lot and our pores will open. Bathing, whether with cold water or hot water, will let a lot of moisture into the human body. Originally, we ran to get rid of moisture. Taking a bath at this time will go against our original intention and damage our joints.
In addition to these precautions, there are many things I haven't mentioned. I hope everyone will do enough work before exercise and stretch regularly to avoid sprains and cramps during running. Drink water after running, but not immediately. You can drink a little light salt water if necessary.
