Not counting the years when I was an intern in the physical training class in Children's Palace, I have been playing football and teaching for 60 years (15 years as a professional and 45 years as a coach)! Now I still insist on training teenagers, the most primitive and lowest-level campus football, teaching in the front line of training reserve forces, being a coach and still taking classes!

Life is not a sport, but life is a sport. The heartbeat you can feel, your breathing, the blood circulation and digestive system you can't feel, they are moving all the time. They have an organ. Don't say that they don't exercise, but they are a little slow and you can't stand it! If you don't exercise, then you have no vital signs and you will die! Therefore, exercise is the foundation of life and nature!
Therefore, insisting on physical exercise is in line with the needs of life, is the support to improve vitality, is the driving force to strengthen heart beating and breathing, is the physical guarantee to improve muscle strength, maintain stable blood circulation and promote the operation of digestive system, and is the material basis to enhance immunity and resistance and live a healthy life!
Every one of us is exercising consciously or unconsciously every day, such as riding a bike, walking and doing manual work every day, all of which are exercises to meet the needs of life! Extra purposeful physical exercise will be more conducive to the characteristics of life activities! You will feel very comfortable! Very energetic! Very impressive!
As for what method, what form, how long, how much intensity and density you use to participate in physical exercise and fitness, it depends on different people, let nature take its course and choose for yourself!
Fitness accelerates human metabolism and consumption, leading to shortened life expectancy, which is somewhat biased! It's not true!
