I. The projection screen in use shall meet the following conditions:
1. If you are using an Apple device, please enter the settings before Screen Projection > Privacy and Security/Privacy >; Local network, ensure that the local network permission of the application to be filtered has been turned on.
2. Please make sure to turn on the smart screen projection/multi-screen interactive switch. For details, please refer to: How to set up multi-screen interaction/multi-screen interaction.
3. Please ensure that the mobile phone/tablet and the smart screen are connected to the same network.
2. If the above conditions are met and the screen cannot be projected, please operate as follows:
1. Use the projection detection function for detection and repair.
Please go to Smart Screen > Projection Screen > Help > All applications of projection screen detection, and make repairs according to the detection results.
Note: If there is no screen projection App in all applications of your smart screen, it means that screen projection detection is not supported for the time being. Please continue to try the following operations.
2 Re-open the multi-screen interactive/projection switch.
Go to settings on Smart Screen > networks and connections > home page; Screen projection/multi-screen interaction: Turn off the screen projection/multi-screen interaction switch and then turn it on again, and then try the screen projection.
3. Check the network connection between the mobile phone/tablet and smart screen.
(1) If your smart screen is connected to a wired network, please connect your smart screen to a wireless network and try to see if it can project normally. If you can project normally under the wireless network, please try to solve it as follows:
● Turn on the DHCP server function of the router, and then try filtering again. Specific operation: log in to the router management interface, enter more functions > network settings > open the DHCP server switch on the LAN page, and click Save.
● open the Home setting of Smart Screen > network and connection >; Network > wired network, change the option of configuring the network from automatic to manual setting, and manually set the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server of the smart screen to make it consistent with the mobile phone connected to the network. View method of static IP address of mobile phone connection network: log in to the router Web management interface, and click more functions > router information > terminal management.
note:
● How to log in to the router management interface: After viewing the management page address on the label at the bottom/back of the router, enter the management address in the browser of the mobile phone/tablet/computer to log in to the router management interface.
● For non-Huawei brand routers to open the router DHCP server and check the static IP address of the mobile phone connection network, please contact the brand for technical support.
(2) If your smart screen is connected to a wireless network, please connect your mobile phone/tablet and smart screen to other hotspots at the same time and try to see if it can project normally. If the screen projection is normal, please restart the router, connect the phone/tablet and smart screen to the router network, and try to apply the internal screen projection again. If the screen still fails, please contact the router manufacturer for consultation and handling.
4. Change the film source or upgrade the application version.
● Only one video has a problem: it is a problem of film source limitation, not a smart screen failure. It is recommended that you project the screen by mirroring it, or try to project the screen again by changing other sources.
● There is a problem with only one application: Please upgrade the application to the latest version and try to project the screen again. At the same time, it is recommended that you contact the application for feedback and technical support.
5. Turn off the router AP isolation /IPv6 function.
Turn off the router AP isolation function: please log in to the router management interface, click Device Management, enter the management settings page, find the AP isolation, click Enter > Close > Save, turn off the AP isolation function, and try the screen projection again.
Note: Different models of routers and different versions of App/ Configuration pages may have slightly different operating interfaces. Please contact the brand for technical support.
