What's your story about fitness and losing weight?
I gained 20 pounds in college, and finally decided to lose weight after seeing that I couldn't wear loose clothes before.

Insist on drinking only one cup of porridge every night, and then the people in the three dormitories meet to go running in circles on the playground. Running for an hour every day finally failed in the life of shopping and eating on Saturday and Sunday. Obviously, I have insisted on it, but I still can't keep my mouth shut when I see delicious food.

Finally, I gained 30 pounds when I graduated from college (forget it, let me cry).
