Sports bifurcation
I'm a fitness instructor,

Bifurcation is a common physical reaction of officers and men in sports. It is manifested as pain in a certain part of the chest wall during exercise, and the pain is aggravated when talking, breathing and coughing.

It is called "respiratory muscle spasm" in medicine. Most of the reasons are insufficient preparation before large-scale exercise activities. When the human body suddenly enters a tense state from a quiet state, it is difficult to mobilize the internal organs immediately, and as a result, the oxygen and nutrition needed for muscle exercise cannot be met. In addition, the breathing frequency is too fast and the depth is not enough during exercise, which leads to the continuous rapid contraction of respiratory muscles. Cold weather or a lot of sweating make the sodium chloride content in the body too low. This is also easy to cause lateral wheezing.

When exercising in winter, try to breathe through your nose. If you breathe through your mouth, open your mouth half-way to let air enter your mouth through your teeth to prevent cold air from overstimulating. In addition, you must be fully prepared before exercise, and you can only do strenuous exercise after meals 1-2 hours.

When you have a fork, you can adjust your breathing rhythm in time, slow down your breathing frequency and deepen your breathing range. After a period of persistence, most of the bifurcation symptoms will be relieved naturally. If the pain caused by barbecued pork gas is serious, you can try to hold your breath, stretch your muscles or hit your left and right chest from top to bottom to relieve it. In addition, lying on the mat and repeatedly rolling the body can also relieve the pain and make the symptoms of phlegm disappear.

If you have any fitness questions, you can ask this coach to answer them.
