Volunteers voluntarily participate in social welfare services, not occupations, so volunteers are not paid. However, no salary does not mean that volunteers just work without food. Therefore, in volunteer work, the organization still has to pay subsidies. Volunteers are not paid in principle. But there is a certain living allowance, otherwise the life of volunteers is not guaranteed and unsustainable.
