Select Replace and enter a space in the Find What box in the Find and Replace window. You don't need to enter anything in the replacement box.
Then click the Replace All button to delete it.
Method 2: Enter the function "=SUBSTITUTE(A 1," ","")" in table A2. Note that there is a space symbol in the middle of the English double quotation mark in the function, and the double quotation mark on the right is blank, which means that the space in the string of cell A2 is removed.
Click OK (√)A2, and then right-click the copy function to delete spaces in the table.
Method 3: Enter the function "=TRIM(A 1)" in Table A2, and click OK.
Then pull the copy function to the right to delete spaces.
This method can only delete the spaces at the beginning and end of the string, not the spaces in the middle of the string! Therefore, this method is suitable for deleting spaces at the beginning and end of a string.
