1. If it is a form document, we can open it with WPS and click "Cloud Service" in the menu bar. The ribbon below has a "File Slimming" icon, click it.

2. If there is hidden data or format in the file, it will increase the size of the file. At this time, using file slimming can reduce the file size.

3. If it is a text document, it is usually because the image capacity is too large that the file is too large. After opening the document with WPS, select any picture and right-click to select "Format Object".

4. Then, select the Picture tab with the Compress button and click it.

5. At this point, we can select "All the pictures in the document", then change the resolution, and then click OK to compress all the pictures in the document and reduce the file size.

How does wps change the table size?

You can change the size of a table by changing its row height and column width.

1. Find the form I need to modify on the computer desktop, and double-click the form with the left mouse button to enter the form editing page.

2. Find the column option above on the table editing page, and click this option to enter the column editing page.

3. Find the row height setting option on the row and column editing page, and click this option to enter the row height setting page.

4. Enter the table row height to be set in the row height setting page, and click [OK] to complete the row height setting.

5. Find the column width setting option in the column editing page, and click this option to enter the column width setting page.

6. Enter the column width of the table to be set in the column width setting page, and click OK to complete the column width setting.

7. After setting the row height and column width, return to the original table, and you can see that the size of the table has been successfully changed (as shown in the figure below).
