2. Red dates, oats and medlar porridge: Wash rice and add 100 ml water to add red dates. Jujube is split in two. Add oats and medlar in turn.
3. Colored vegetable oatmeal cake: 2 tablespoons instant oatmeal, fresh milk 1 cup, apples 1/4, bananas 1/2, and some raisins. Practice: Pour some oats into the cup. Oatmeal is brewed with half a cup of hot water. Add fresh milk to oatmeal and stir well. Slice apples and bananas for later use. Add bananas and apples to milk oats and sprinkle with raisins.
4. Milk oatmeal drink: Put a glass of water (about 1.20 ml) and 20g of oatmeal into a small pot to boil. Beat in an egg, break the egg, and turn off the heat when the egg is cooked. (Add a little sugar to taste) Pour in 100 ml of fresh milk (cold and hot can be determined according to personal preference) and serve.
