Passive exercise method
The family can gently hold the baby's limbs and then guide him to move passively. Passive upper limb training can be divided into lifting action, backhand action, shoulder-hugging action and elbow-bending action. It guides the baby's arms to stretch upwards in turn, then the arms collide, and then the arms are folded and shoulder-hugging. Finally, it helps the arms to flex and expand the chest: lifting and stretching mainly above the lower limbs, holding the baby's lower limbs with both hands, then separating, and finally flexing and pedaling.
When doing passive exercise for your baby, you must pay attention to the softness and rhythm of the action. Generally, we should take two eight beats as a group and move from upper limbs to lower limbs in an orderly manner. During this period, we must pay attention to the baby's reaction, and we must assist the exercise when the baby does not resist and the limbs are relaxed. The amount of exercise should be based on the actual acceptance of the baby, and you must not exercise excessively.
Mom and dad can play games with their babies and provide active toys suitable for their age, such as balls. Push-pull toys, automobile toys, etc. Through practice, your child will continue to improve and perfect his or her motor skills.
Some educational institutions may teach children tumbling, dancing and general sports. But in fact, there is no need for parents to send their younger children to these institutions. The most important thing is to provide children with many opportunities for exercise and let them move freely in a safe environment.
If you really want your child not to lose at the starting line, then start with the child's health. Sports is a compulsory course for everyone, including children. You can't ignore children's sports problems because of too much homework. Return the weekend time that belongs to the child to him, and take the child out to play and exercise for two days on weekends. Let children develop a sense of loving sports from an early age, and children can better devote themselves to learning if they have a healthy and strong body.
