Diet:

Breakfast: a fruit+milk+sweet potato/oatmeal.

Lunch: a vegetarian dish+a small meat dish+170g rice.

Lunch: 20g nuts.

Dinner: a bowl of miscellaneous grains porridge+some vegetarian dishes.

Exercise:

Don't spend more than an hour every day, or you will lose your muscles, reduce your metabolism and get fat more easily.
