Exercise:
1. Boil the water, cook the noodles, drain the water after cooking, and pour them into a bowl for later use.
2. Heat the oil in the pot, add garlic and stir fry until golden brown (this is the key to the fragrance of the soup), then add watermelon and stir fry evenly.
3. Add appropriate amount of hot water, add meat rolls and cook for another three minutes.
4. Then add lean meat and shrimp to continue cooking.
5. Finally, add a spoonful of fish sauce (no fish sauce can be replaced by salt and chicken powder).
