Volunteers in Red in Chebeinan —— Experiences of subway volunteers
20 18.7. 16~20, from 7: 30 a.m. to 7: 30 p.m. every day 1: 30. If you are a Guangzhou morning rush worker, you will see many volunteers wearing red vests standing on the subway platform, alternating blue and cool colors, trying to provide warm service to passengers with wooden expressions. I am lucky to be one of them. After a busy week and thousands of people's experiences, I record some experiences here.

The staff of Guangzhou Metro have the following categories.

Yellow, red, blue, white, black and orange.

In the equipment area, there is a lounge for the rest staff to rest. During the break, I will hear the broadcast "Please clean up the accumulated water on the platform of Line 5" from time to time.

Occasionally, I will hear some strange words, "Please go to platform 6 of Line 4 to clean soy sauce.

More often, it is puzzling.

The morning rush hour of Chebeinan is 7:30-9:30. At this time, the whole station was crowded with people. In order to ensure safety and get on and off, the number of people waiting on the platform is limited, which is about 70% of the total capacity of the platform by visual inspection. According to the number of people in the station, there will be different levels of passenger flow control operations.

Generally speaking, there are three levels of buffering.

To sum up, if you are in a hurry to take the subway to work and start queuing as soon as you get into the subway, you might as well go back and have a good breakfast and then come back to queue. Anyway, you are late:), maybe the last time you take the subway is not much different.

The most effective place for subway volunteers is to guide passengers on the platform to avoid blocking the exit passage, get off first and then get on, so as to achieve the maximum efficiency of getting on and off and relieve the first-class buffer pressure. The volunteer work standing in other places is mainly to help people point out where the bathroom is and what line the university town should take.

Once I stood in front of the shielding door to remind passengers to get off first and then get on, and wait in line in the direction indicated by the arrow on the ground. As a result, a Xiong Haizi kept shouting "first up and then down, first up and then down". As expected, I shouted "Go up first and then down, pay attention to safety". What's even more funny is that no one has ever found out that when everyone got on the bus and closed the door, the train flew away.

For a slacker who often sleeps in 12+, I don't know anyone who gets up before 8 o'clock every day, and there is a three-level queue buffer.

Stay within 1 m with so many strangers every morning, take the subway, queue up to buy a slot, squeeze into the subway, look blank, concentrate on reading novels, videos and books.

In fact, just ask the volunteers, and most office workers are very disciplined. They lined up and stood on opposite sides. On the contrary, most of them are elderly men and women and greasy middle-aged men and women. When they came to the subway, they followed their home. When they got down to the subway, they felt that they wouldn't move until they finished it, regardless of the countless concerned eyes of the people waiting in line next to them. Caring eyes can't affect them, so they need warm reminders from volunteers.

Of course, there are also some greasy young people who don't consider other people's feelings. They stand in the exit passage and infringe upon the interests of others at will. Do this kind of action, don't consider doing male tickets and female tickets. Morality, discipline and even IQ are all reflected there.

If life deceives you, go to Chebeinan at 8 o'clock and feel the power of life. Over 20 18.7.23
