At present, there is a Michelin restaurant-Xiyue No.8 in Xi 'an Hayes Chinatown, which is called "the cheapest Michelin two-star restaurant in the world". The atmosphere is super great. As soon as you enter the door, on the left is a dazzling array of wine cabinets and photos of Italian chefs. The dining room is dominated by black and gold, with a transparent operation room, a few scattered tables and a private room.
There are several flavors of bread before dinner, one of which is soft and deep rum. I like this one better, with thin bread sticks and whole wheat, and with vinegar sauce.
