First jog 15 minutes. Proper jogging can exercise the whole body, and it will not be too intense, and there will not be too much discomfort on an empty stomach. By jogging to mobilize the muscles of the whole body, the body will be very comfortable, and a little sweat will be left, and the whole person can be regarded as "awake."
Secondly, exercise the head and waist in situ and carry out simple basic skills. The head should rotate in four directions, including front, back, left and right. The head movement takes about 5- 10 minutes, the waist should be twisted and relaxed, and the arms should be extended to make the body reach the most comfortable and relaxed angle. This process adds up to about 20 minutes.
Because I study dance, I practice these basic skills every day, from neck to shoulder, waist, ankle and wrist. After running, I will simply relax and stretch. These movements will be healthier and more flexible if they are done for a long time.
Third, start my daily key projects, such as leg press, kicking, bending and so on. These are professional and a little difficult. Leg press, kicking and bending are all for the sake of body softness. I have warmed up before, and it is normal to feel pain and soreness at this time. Usually these take 20 minutes.
Fourth, there are squatting stance and flat support. These exercises are intense, mainly to build muscles and need more physical strength. Usually I do it on the yoga mat when I get home from breakfast. At first, it was after lunch or dinner.
In the morning, according to the exercise consumption, I will occasionally sleep for a while after exercise. If I don't feel tired, I can start a day's work. At this time, the energy is full and the efficiency will be much higher.
