About 50 degrees will do (not overclocking). You can deal with it in the following ways:

1) Check whether the fan in the chassis is working properly.

2) Clean the dust in the chassis (the correct way is to blow the dust with a bicycle pump).

Thermal conductive silicone grease must be added between CPU and heat sink.

4) Dropping a drop of sewing machine oil on the bearing of the cooling fan can effectively reduce the noise. (1. Don't drop more, just one drop. 2. It must be sewing machine oil, no other oil)

5) If necessary, replace the CPU fan with high power and better heat dissipation effect (such as Kyushu Fengshen) and install the cooling fan of the chassis (double ball bearings must be bought).

6) Move the mainframe to a well-ventilated place (there is strong electromagnetic radiation in the chassis, which is harmful to human body, so it is not recommended to open the chassis cover to dissipate heat).
