Names approved by the industrial and commercial department: the original ID cards of shareholders, legal persons and financial personnel are all taken separately, and the names of multiple companies in the real-name registration system, registered capital, shareholder contribution ratio and contribution period, business scope of the company, actual office address of the company, and mobile phone numbers of shareholders, legal persons and financial personnel.
2. Make industrial and commercial registration materials: articles of association, resolutions of shareholders' meeting, application for company establishment registration, letter of commitment for enterprise notification, lease agreement of registered address, copy of real estate license, etc.
3. Signing industrial and commercial registration materials: After the company name is approved, shareholders, legal representatives and supervisors need to sign the articles of association, enterprise notification commitment letter, resolutions of shareholders' meeting and other industrial and commercial registration materials. (If you submit the materials paperless now, you can directly authenticate in the system, and you don't need to confirm your identity again. )
4. Apply for business license: signed industrial and commercial registration materials, house lease agreement, etc. It should be reported to the market supervision administration for approval and apply for the company's business license (three certificates in one).
5. Engraving: After the business license comes out, engrave the company's official seal, financial seal, legal person seal and special invoice seal.
6. Open a basic company bank account.
7. Check taxes, purchase tax control panels and invoices.

Article 6 To establish a company, it shall apply to the company registration authority for registration of establishment according to law. Those that meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall be registered as limited liability companies or joint stock limited companies respectively by the company registration authority; Those who do not meet the conditions for establishment as stipulated in this Law shall not be registered as a limited liability company or a joint stock limited company.
Where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the establishment of a company must be approved, the approval procedures shall be handled according to law before the company is registered.
The public may apply to the company registration authority to inquire about the registered items of the company, and the company registration authority shall provide inquiry services.
Article 7 A company established according to law shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company.
The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters.
Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.
