I. Xi An Jingwei New Town Annual Output of 5GW Single Crystal Battery Project

In order to ensure the production capacity supply of the company's high-efficiency single-crystal batteries and meet the market demand of high-efficiency single-crystal products, Longji Co., Ltd. invested and built a project with an annual output of 5GW single-crystal batteries in Jingwei New Town, Xi Economic and Technological Development Zone through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shaanxi Longji Le Ye Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi leye county").

The project plans to lease factory buildings and power facilities, and the company will invest in production equipment such as battery texturing, diffusion, etching, printing and sintering, as well as office and storage equipment, so as to form an annual production capacity of 5GW high-efficiency single crystal batteries. The overall construction period of the project is expected to be about 2 years, with a total investment of about 2.462 billion yuan (including working capital), an average annual operating income of about 3.739 billion yuan and an average annual net profit of about 398 million yuan.

Second, Xianyang annual output of 5GW single crystal module project

In order to meet the market demand for high-efficiency single crystal products and meet the strategic development needs, Longji Co., Ltd. invested and built a project with an annual output of 5GW single crystal modules in the equipment industrial park of Xianyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone through its wholly-owned subsidiary Xianyang Longji Le Ye Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xianyang Le Ye").

The project plans to lease the factory building and supporting facilities, decorate the production area and install electromechanical equipment in the factory building, and purchase production equipment and tools such as assembly lines and various processing equipment. It is estimated that the total construction period is about 15 months, and the total investment is about1839 million yuan (including working capital). After production, the average annual operating income is about 8.479 billion yuan, and the average annual net profit is about 563 million yuan.

Three, Chuzhou phase II annual output of 5GW single crystal module project

Longji Co., Ltd. plans to invest and build the second phase project with an annual output of 5GW single crystal modules in Chuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone through its wholly-owned subsidiary Chuzhou Longji Le Ye Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuzhou Le Ye").

The project plans to lease the factory building and supporting facilities, decorate the production area and install electromechanical equipment in the factory building, and purchase production equipment and tools such as assembly lines and various processing equipment. The overall construction period of the project is estimated to be about 15 months, and the total investment is estimated to be about 202 10/00000 yuan (including working capital). According to the announcement, leye county, Shaanxi, Le Ye, Xianyang and Le Ye, Chuzhou are all wholly-owned subsidiaries of Longji leye county, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Longji Co., Ltd. The total investment of the three projects is expected to be 6.322 billion yuan, all of which will be solved by the company itself. After the project is put into production, it will help Longji to further seize the development opportunity of the single crystal market, ensure the market demand of high-efficiency single crystal products, and further increase the market share of single crystals.

According to the product capacity planning of Longji Co., Ltd. in the next three years (20 19-202 1), the production capacity of monocrystalline silicon rods/wafers, batteries and components will reach 36GW, 65438+50GW and 16GW by the end of 20/9 and 2020 respectively. According to the current construction progress, the silicon wafer production capacity is expected to reach 65GW by the end of 2020, 1 year ahead of the original planning time.

At present, the Chuxiong project with an annual output of 10GW single crystal silicon wafer (Phase I) and the 5GW module project of Longji Co., Ltd. in Chuzhou have been completed. The second phase of Yunnan single crystal silicon rod and silicon wafer project was accelerated, and the scale advantage of single crystal production capacity was further consolidated, which ensured the high-efficiency single crystal production capacity supply in the market to the maximum extent.
