The first thing to do when you get up is to punch in.
It's hard to stick to one thing, for me.

So the first thing I do when I get up every day is to practice yoga for 30 minutes and read the secretary's notes for 30 minutes.

First of all, at the beginning, I punched in yoga: I practiced with my teacher according to the daily yoga app, because I always felt very tired when I got up. I want to try to practice for a week in the morning. After practicing, I found that my body was very comfortable and light, and I was not lazy when I got up. I was full of energy all morning. Punch in reading: At first, I didn't dare to think about whether I could finish reading the copied books every day. Later, I told myself that I could just copy down the contents of 1 lesson every day, but I found that I had learned the contents of 1 lesson and was very happy. This is your goal and motivation to do it.

Second, stick to it for a week. There will definitely be times when I want to give up. I don't want to get up, exercise, read or copy today, so I will tell myself that if I have a goal, I must stick to it. I will put a label on myself, give myself a little red star when I'm done, and tell myself that I did it. Gradually gained a lot of healthy knowledge and responsibility.

Finally, stick to it for more than an hour every day. I have gained a lot after a week. Yoga gives you exercise and makes your body light and harmonious. The joints had better not be so stiff. Reading notes has gained different knowledge. Add a little sense of ceremony to our own lives.

Stick to it for a week, and you will find great changes to keep yourself motivated.

Tell: with a goal-action-persistence.
