Slap loose lean meat.
First pat the lean meat loose with the back of the knife (this will make the steamed meat more tender), and then chop it into minced meat, onion, ginger and garlic.
Add soy sauce, cooking wine and corn flour.
Add soy sauce, cooking wine (cooking wine can remove the fishy smell, but it will volatilize during cooking, so don't worry that alcohol is not good for your baby), a little raw flour (which can make the meat tender), and stir the materials evenly.
Steam slowly for 7-8 minutes.
Steam with low fire for 7-8 minutes (the time depends on the quantity), or steam with rice in a rice cooker, saving time and effort.
