At present, the headquarters of Unicom Group has been streamlined. The number of headquarters departments decreased from 27 to 20, a decrease of 26%; Headquarter staffing decreased from 1787 to 89 1, a decrease of 50. 14%. Outside the headquarters, provincial companies will also optimize. Before streamlining, the total number of management departments of Unicom's 3 1 provincial companies was 697, and after streamlining, it will be reduced to about 5 16, a decrease of 26%. Organizational streamlining will be completed by the end of this year 10.
