Dried seaweed 15g, wax gourd 400g, cooked lard 25g, sesame oil 5g, salt 5g, monosodium glutamate 2g, chopped green onion 8g, and appropriate amount of fresh soup.

1. Wash dried seaweed, put it in a bowl, soak it in warm water, or steam it with wine and a little fresh soup, take it out after cooking, and cut it into small pieces; Peeling wax gourd, removing seeds, washing, and cutting into pieces;

2. Put the pot on the fire, add fresh soup (or clear water) cooked lard, boil, add wax gourd, dried seaweed and salt, and cook for 8- 10 minute until wax gourd is ripe (if you pay attention to crispness and tenderness, you can shorten the cooking time and cut off raw food), then add chopped green onion and monosodium glutamate, mix well, adjust the taste, and pour sesame oil into the soup.
