Treatment:
(1) First of all, we should trace the cause, avoid contact again and remove the stimulating factors.
(2) Avoid scratching, rubbing, washing with hot water or soapy water and other additional stimuli. Quit spicy food.
(3) Drug therapy: desensitization and itching relief are the main methods, and antihistamines can be taken orally or injected in mild cases. For patients with large skin lesions and obvious inflammation, 10% calcium gluconate and 10% sodium thiosulfate can be injected intravenously; For patients with serious systemic diseases, corticosteroids can be used for a short time, such as oral prednisone 20 ~ 30 mg/d, intramuscular injection of betamethasone/betamethasone dipropionate, or intravenous drip of hydrocortisone or dexamethasone. Some infected people can choose antibiotics as appropriate.
