1. cumin salt and pepper potatoes

2. Braised potatoes

Ingredients: 500g potato, 5g salt, 5g onion, 5g soy sauce, 5g soy sauce.

Exercise:

(1) Boil potatoes with water, rinse them with cold water, peel them and put them in a bowl.

4. Stewed ribs with potatoes

Ingredients: pork chop, potato, salt, rock sugar, onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, dried Chili, cooking wine, soy sauce, fragrant leaves and oil.

Exercise:

(1) After the ribs are rinsed clean, soak them in rice washing water with a little cooking wine to remove blood stains, rinse them again after 20 minutes, and drain the water; Wash and peel small potatoes.

(4) When the surface of pork belly is slightly zoomed, add pepper powder, 50g white sugar to make it fresh, add soy sauce and soy sauce, stir-fry for a while, add small potatoes, add 100ML water, boil and simmer for about 40 minutes.

6. Small potatoes with minced meat and chives

Ingredients: 500g of potato, 50g of minced meat 1 50g, 80g of shallot, 2 tbsp of oil, salt, soy sauce1tbsp, sugar, black pepper and Jiang Mo.

(1) clean shallots and cut into fine powder; Ginger slices are minced.

(2) Put water in the pot, add the washed potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are slightly soft. Turn off the fire and drain.

(3) Add oil to the wok and heat it. Stir-fry in Jiang Mo, add minced meat, and stir-fry until the color fades. Add small potatoes and stir well.

(4) Stir-fry small potatoes for a while, stir-fry several times in the middle, add salt, sugar and soy sauce to taste, add half a bowl of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for a while.

(5) Stew until the small potatoes can be easily penetrated with chopsticks, turn on the fire to collect the thick soup, add the black pepper and stir-fry evenly, sprinkle all the shallots and turn over the pan.

7. Jinsha mashed potatoes

Ingredients: potatoes, salted eggs, salt, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil and onions.

Exercise:

(1) Peel potatoes, slice them, steam them and press them into mud, and steam salted eggs to get yolk and press them into mud for later use.

(2) When the oil in the pot is heated to 50% oil temperature, add salted egg yolk, stir-fry until fragrant, add mashed potatoes and stir-fry, add salt, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil, add sesame oil when taking out of the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

8. Xinjiang saute spicy chicken

Ingredients: half a fresh chicken, three potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, 1 green pepper, a little onion, ginger and garlic, a handful of pepper and pepper (varies from person to person).
