Patrick Po-kong Wu, a native of Hongkong. Mr. Wu is the vice chairman, managing director and acting chief executive officer of Wing Lung Bank of Hong Kong. He is also the vice chairman of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Banks, the International Chamber of Commerce and the Hong Kong Commercial Bureau of China. Mr. Wu is currently a director of several large companies. He has held many positions in the fields of public welfare and education in Asia and Western Europe, and has won many honorary titles.
