What is group jumping?
"Group Jump" is a jumping action with legs standing still. Different from ordinary jumping, group jumping requires the body to bend the knees and hips at the highest position to "shrink into a ball" so that the feet are as far away from the ground as possible.

The difficulty of group jumping belongs to group C, which should be 0.4. Pay attention to where to take off and where to fall. This is a complete 360 degrees. Groups in the air should not be separated, and their toes should be stretched straight. Don't lie down, your upper body is too hard. Jump in a 360-degree circle.

The purpose of collective jumping

Objective To effectively identify the movement defects of lower limbs in the combined action of rapid expansion and contraction by evaluating the collective jumping action. For the subjects, the technical difficulty of group jumping is higher.

In the initial evaluation process, the subjects will pay attention to the action itself, and the evaluation can also find the problem better; In the subsequent test process, the movements of the subjects will improve with the improvement of proficiency, but problems can still be found through careful observation.
