Week 1: Vegetarian Week
Choose vegetarian or sugar-free food all day. If you eat three meals regularly, you should change it to two-thirds of the previous amount. People who don't need to eat three meals regularly should eat a little more. Even if you want to eat, you should be vegetarian.
Although vegetarianism is relatively free, it must be stipulated that a white rice meal cannot exceed half a bowl. Fruit is advised not to eat as much as possible, unless it is not sweet, sugar will make you fat.
Week 2: Eat sugar-free food for a week.
You must insist on eating sugar-free food for a week this week. This week, I stayed at home all day and drank yogurt in the morning to clear my stomach. You can drink water or sugar-free tea on this day. This week is basically hydrating. If you eat starch, it will be ruined.
Friends who often eat three meals should change their food intake to half before losing weight. Friends who don't need to eat three meals regularly should eat a little more. But the quantity and frequency of eating should be changed to two-thirds of last week's.
The third week: more than 5 kilograms less than the target.
You can choose to eat breakfast or Chinese food this week (you can only choose one meal), and you can only eat two more things in the rest of the time, and it is a small amount! You must eat slowly, because your stomach is getting smaller and you will feel full soon. At other times, you can only eat two more things, not more than five. Food must be light and weighed every two days.
Week 4: For people who are away from the target 10 kg.
This week is fasting. You can't eat more than 200 grams a day, and you can add milk to your drinks. Remember not to drink too much, your stomach will kill you.
Eat no more than 200g a day, and the food must be light. You can only eat a small amount of breakfast and Chinese food in the first three days, a small amount of dinner on the fourth day and three meals on the eighth day, but you can eat too much. Normal diet can be resumed from 12 days.
Tips:
If you find no stool, you can eat food that clears your stomach, but you can't eat herbs and yogurt, so your stomach will get hurt!
