Before starting a business, CoCo Lee was a soldier stationed in Hong Kong. CoCo Lee seized the opportunity, threw himself into it wholeheartedly and began to wholesale auto parts. After operating for one or two years, CoCo Lee found that if this industry wants to continue to operate, it needs not only hard work but also experience. After closing the store, CoCo Lee returned to his hometown Taizhou to deal with the remaining goods. It happened that when dealing with the backlog of goods, CoCo Lee found that many customers said that his goods were low in price. It turns out that most of the goods in Taizhou, Hangzhou come from Guangzhou, and there is a huge price difference in the middle.

As a wholesaler, many people attend the exhibition of automobile supplies every year, whether it is purchasing or visiting, they always go several times a year. On the plane to Beijing for the exhibition, CoCo Lee found that almost all the people on the plane were from Taizhou. Taizhou, as a production base of automobile supplies, occupies an important position in China. So why not make an exhibition in Taizhou?

In fact, CoCo Lee has little exhibition experience, but fortunately, he has been engaged in wholesale for five or six years, accumulated a lot of factory resources, and had a good reputation in the industry before, so the number of exhibitors in the first auto parts exhibition reached 50. From the pre-planning and publicity to the on-site arrangement when hosting, CoCo Lee dare not neglect any point. In order to achieve good publicity effect, CoCo Lee often communicates with designers, participates in design together and works with them for five or six hours.

However, CoCo Lee enjoys this state very much. Tens of thousands of people participate in an event, and exhibitors can get unimaginable turnover, and this achievement is planned and organized by themselves. Such satisfaction is unimaginable.

After G20, the summit venue became the first choice for holding exhibitions. Since last year, CoCo Lee has been communicating with relevant departments and booking venues. Finally, in March this year, they signed a contract. CoCo Lee has always wanted to internationalize his career, but things are not as simple as they seem. Many exhibitors don't have the concept of synchronous internationalization. In order to attract Taizhou customers, CoCo Lee once suffered from insomnia. If such a large venue is signed, what kind of loss will the exhibitors not come? Customers have their own habits and stay in one place for a long time, unwilling to change, although Taizhou is only two hours away from Hangzhou.

To this end, CoCo Lee and the team tried to communicate with customers and give corresponding discounts. Up to now, the booking rate of venues has reached 90%, waiting for the exhibition in 1 1 month.

As CoCo Lee himself said, he is not a quiet man. Decoration, supplies, modification, CoCo Lee's occupation map is expanding step by step, and the automobile aftermarket is very large. In CoCo Lee's plan, he wants to do the whole market.
