Follow the instructions to set the IP and broadband account settings in the wireless router and turn on the wireless function.
(1) Select ADSL Virtual Dialing (PPPoE)→ Enter your account number and password;
(2) Select "Wireless Function" in the basic settings of wireless parameters. It is up to you whether to enable the SSID number. If you are not familiar with it, it is recommended to open the SSID number.
(3) Other parameters can be left unchanged, depending on the instructions and your own requirements.
(4) Pay attention to the IP address (the default IP of many routes is192.168.1.1).
Set the IP properties of the local connection on the desktop (for example, the wireless router IP is192.168.1.1).
(1) Specify an IP, for example
192. 168. 1.2; Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0(xp system will generate it automatically without modification).
(2) Change the "gateway" and "preferred DNS server address" to the IP address of the router, such as192.68.1.1
The wireless network card of the notebook does not need to be set, just press it automatically to get the IP.
Through the above steps, the desktop can be wired to the Internet, and notebook computers or other desktops with wireless network cards can also access the Internet wirelessly.
I recommend apples, hawthorn, bananas and so on. And some fruits and vegetables, such as tomatoes and cucumbers.
