The specifications of Inconel 7 13C and 7 13LC are urgently needed.
Inconel 7 13C is a γ′-phase precipitation strengthened nickel-base cast superalloy. It has good creep strength, thermal fatigue and oxidation resistance below 900℃. The alloy is simple in composition, cobalt-free and low in density, and is usually used as cast. Hot isostatic pressing (HIP) treatment and subsequent heat treatment can improve the plasticity and fatigue performance, and can also restore the structure and service performance of the parts with degraded structure and performance after long-term use. Long-term aging at 800℃ will precipitate a small amount of σ phase, but it has no obvious effect on properties. The alloy is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature components such as turbine rotor blades, guide blades and integral casting turbines of gas turbines working below 900℃.

Application overview and special requirements? The alloy has been widely used as working blades, guide blades and integral casting turbines of gas turbines working below 900℃ in aviation, ground and sea, and also as superchargers and hot extrusion dies for diesel engines and gasoline engines. The long-term production and application practice of more than a dozen manufacturers 1000 tons proves that metallurgical quality is stable and its performance is reliable. The alloy INC07 13C equivalent to this alloy is widely used as working blades and guide blades of various aero-engine turbines abroad. When the alloy is used for a long time under the condition of thermal corrosion, it must have a protective coating.
