Secondly, the weight decreased from11kg before walking to 108 kg later. In other words, I lost 3 pounds through walking and fitness.

It's been 20 days now, and I think I should make a summary again, so that I can better record my exercise results. Of course, there is also a small mind, in order to let yourself see progress, continue.

First, the plan of 6000 steps per day has been completed long ago, and now the goal has been raised to 10000 steps per day. This goal can be achieved every day in these twenty days, which shows that every day is very practical.

Second, after a "pause" period of about 15 days (it may not be accurate here, but I really don't know how to describe it), I lost 2 pounds in the last two days.

Being able to continue to lose weight is naturally a pleasure for me; But I'm not interested in whether there are any rules in it. Because the purpose of my fitness is just to have a healthy body, although losing weight is an inevitable result, it is not my deliberate pursuit.

Let's talk about my understanding with the last bit of space.

First of all, it has been 50 days since I insisted on punching in for fitness, and walking seems to be a behavior in my life. Anything, as long as it becomes a habit, will not be easily thrown away; So my confidence in whether I can persist has increased from the previous 50% to 90%.

As for why not say 100%? There is a saying in the ancients that everything can't be counted; So, you can't keep talking.

Secondly, through walking and fitness, I found that my willpower has been improved to a certain extent. For example, you should make sure to walk for an hour or two every day, otherwise these target steps will not be completed. For example, if you are particularly tired, you can't be soft-hearted and drive yourself out of the house. These all need enough will to ensure.

The benefits of walking and fitness should be many, so I think of these at present; As long as we pay some time and sweat, we can get a healthy body. Why not?
