My personal experience:

Eat full every morning, with a small amount of lean meat, lettuce, fruit or cucumber and tomato.

Have a cup of toast yogurt (it must be non-fat yogurt)

If you want to eat several dishes for lunch, soak them in boiling water and pour out the excess oil.

Eat some fruit (less sugar) for dinner.

Can't help drinking a little yogurt without getting fat and low fat.
