What are the basic skills of snowboarding?
In fact, snowboarding is a relatively new sport, and its inspiration comes from the combination of skiing, surfing and skating. You can wear comfortable shoes on a single board, and you only need to carry a snowboard with you, which has the advantage of comfort.

Snowboarding has both feet fixed on the snowboard, which means that the snowboard may suffer more damage in the beginner stage. The most common injuries are wrist, shoulder and ankle injuries.

Pay attention to protect your wrists, hips and knees when you fall;

Backward: without wrist support, the forearm naturally falls to the ground to cushion, the head is forward, and the chin is close to the chest, showing a hug.

Lean forward: bend your arms to protect your chest and face, lean forward, support the ground with your elbows, and bend your calves.

Basic skills training of single board;

1. Practice standing posture: keep your feet close to the board, face the slope, bend your knees, keep your back straight, raise your head, and naturally put your arms at your sides.

2. Straight down: the feeling of speed and balance on the board in straight down training, focusing on the front legs, arms pointing or leaning forward, keeping the back straight, chin slightly raised and knees slightly bent to maintain good balance and stability.

3. Slide the front side left and right (make full use of the width of the snow trail and increase the lateral sliding distance). The front side goes downhill, the center of gravity is on the front legs, and the fingers point forward. When changing the direction, the body and the pointing arm rotate uphill to the back (at this time, you can feel the feeling that the shoulder rotation drives the upper body to rotate). At the same time, the center of gravity moves backward, then the front leg is changed back and the other finger arm is changed. Say it again. When the center of gravity shifts, the body and arms have a feeling of opening the door.

4. Braking: Practice the skillful control of the edge of the veneer. Next turn around and brake forward: the center of gravity is on the front leg. When braking, the upper body turns outwards, the eyes look outwards, the hind legs kick the board forward, the toes are lifted, the board is pushed, and the rear edge forms a brake. Rear brake: the center of gravity is on the front leg. When braking, the heel is raised, the toes are forced, the eyes must look up, the hind legs are pushed to the ground, the knees are in the snow, and the front edge is braked.

5. Forward push plate: used to control the speed, which is closely related to the correct standing posture. Bend your knees, keep your back straight, look up and look forward, center of gravity between your legs, lift your toes to slow down, loosen your toes, pedal your heels hard, and brake slowly.

6. Slide backward and left and right, with the front facing the hillside, the center of gravity on the front legs, and the fingers forward. When turning, the arm slowly points uphill and the body looks good. Face, at the same time, shift the center of gravity to the hind legs, the hind legs become front legs, and change arms to point in the other direction. When changing the center of gravity, both arms and upper body should point uphill. Understand the change of center of gravity by grabbing kid pants on the front legs and knees.

7. Backpush board: (The more you look up at the mountain, the easier it is to control your body's center of gravity. ) Focus on the front, lift and relax your heels, control your speed with your toes, bend your knees, raise your head, lift your back slightly, straighten your chest slightly, and naturally hang your hands behind your body. Don't bow your head, look up at the front, and your knees are outward, which is conducive to stabilizing your center of gravity and making your legs tend to be offset.

8. Turn around: toe to heel, heel to toe to heel: When sliding with toes, make the board smooth and smooth, and there is another door opening action, with the purpose of turning shoulders and lowering the center of gravity to complete toe to heel. The center of gravity must be on the front legs, when the board goes straight down the hill. Turn around again. Heel to toe: When the heel slides, the center of gravity is always on the front leg. When the board goes straight down the hill, closing the door is like holding a person and pressing your shoulders down. In this process, don't bend your head and knees, and keep your back straight. When practicing, there should be a stop action, a push action, body stability and control.

Veneers are different from normal exercise habits because they need to slide sideways. For beginners, the single board perfectly interprets the sentence "everything is difficult at the beginning", but once the basic training is done, it will be much easier. Of course, if you have a similar sports foundation (skateboarding, surfing, etc.). ), you will get started faster.
