How to lose weight by sitting in a chair?
If you sit every day, the best way to lose weight is to "keep your mouth shut and open your legs", that is, eat less and exercise more.

If you don't exercise much when sitting every day, the energy you consume can easily be converted into fat and stored in your abdomen, forming a "bucket waist", which is obesity caused by intake > consumption. So sitting down to lose weight every day should start from two aspects:

Reduce energy intake, eat less high-calorie foods and eat more low-calorie foods. Such as bananas, cucumbers, Chinese cabbage, celery, carrots, wax gourd and so on.

Increase energy consumption and burn fat. It means to exercise as much as possible. Not only do you exercise after work, but you can also exercise moderately when you rest at work.

Several office sports:

Exercise: Sit in a chair, hold the chair with both hands, lift your legs and do alternating flexion and extension of your legs.

Objective: To effectively exercise the muscles of lower abdomen and front thigh and reduce excess fat.

Note: the upper body spine should be upright, and the legs should be flexed and extended at 90 degrees from the ground as far as possible.

Exercise: 15 ~ 25 times/group, do 2-4 groups.

Exercise: Sit on the chair with hips, stand upright at the waist, hold with both hands, and turn left and right.

Objective: To exercise the muscles of the waist and back, eliminate the excess fat in the waist and shape the slim waist.

Note: try to turn your waist, sit up straight and don't hunch over.

Exercise: finish one side first and then change the other side, 15~25 times per side/group, and do 2-3 groups per side.
