In fact, I look fatter than my actual weight. My skeleton is big, my arms are loose and I feel soft. The lower body is much fatter than the upper body, and the meat on both sides of the crotch and buttocks is more loose. After I lost weight for 20 days, my weight was successfully reduced to 48kg, and the whole person looked thinner.

The following is the diet I ordered for myself:

Breakfast: 25g honey +250ml water, a steamed stuffed bun /80g whole wheat bread (choose one), 300g soybean milk /250g low-fat milk (choose one).

Snacks: a big apple (100 card)

Lunch: 100g rice/a bowl of red bean porridge (choose one), a fried dish, a fish/1 egg (choose one).

Dinner: a bowl of rice, a stir-fried dish, 100g tofu/10 shrimp (choose one).

Diet: skim milk 300g.

Total calorie intake: about 1200 ~ 1300 calories.

Plus proper exercise:

Skipping rope 2 ~ 3 times a week, 45 minutes each time, about 300 times.

Jogging, about 40 minutes.

Walk for 90 minutes after dinner every day.

Go shopping on foot once, 2 ~ 3 hours.

I am physically weak and not suitable for strenuous exercise, so I chose the leisure diet. While controlling my calorie intake, I combined with moderate exercise such as yoga, walking and shopping, and unconsciously lost my weight in the leisure process, and also effectively shaped my body, so I won't feel the pain of losing weight, because the whole process is very easy.
