1. If you are unable to repay temporarily, you can directly talk to the plaintiff and try to negotiate with the creditors to repay by installments, postpone repayment or reduce or exempt debts. If both parties reach an agreement through consultation, you can ask the plaintiff to withdraw the lawsuit and actively perform the agreement after withdrawing the lawsuit, otherwise the other party will sue again.

2. If negotiation fails, after being sued, you should actively respond to the lawsuit and strive to achieve the goal of repayment by installments in court. After the judgment comes into effect, you should also actively perform it.
