3. Moxibustion for dysmenorrhea

1. 3. Take 3 cm thick garlic slices and put them on acupuncture points, and put moxa stick moxibustion on the garlic slices. Every time moxibustion is 3- 10, change moxa cone when you feel burning skin.

4. Put a piece of ginger with a thickness of 2 cm on the acupuncture point, and put a few holes in it. Put moxa cone on ginger and choose 3-5 blood at a time. Moxibustion at each acupoint is 3- 10 once a day or every other day, and 7- 10 days is a course of treatment.
