Although breakfast is small, it is fast and nutritious. Breakfast should be prepared to supplement enough water first, followed by high-quality protein, preferably fruits or vegetables. Breakfast is best arranged between 7: 30 and 8: 30.
Breakfast 1: skim milk cereal, egg white, boiled vegetables, corn or vitamin tablets.
Breakfast 2: milk purple potato, eggs, carrots, Chinese cabbage and vitamins.
