My experience of losing weight (but gained through long-term personal experience and exploration) strictly follows the golden rule of diet: eat well for breakfast (cereal with soy milk), eat well for Chinese food (what to eat in the company cafeteria), and eat less for dinner (an apple with honey water). One hour after dinner, do two hours of slimming aerobics and half an hour of hula hoop. Drink some water in half an hour. I feel very effective and don't feel monotonous. After exercise, I feel comfortable and happy. And it doesn't cost a penny. I hope I can help you. I have taken all kinds of diet pills before (there are still several bags of SOSO diet tea in the drawer), used sports equipment and dieted, but now the diet plus aerobic exercise is the most effective and completely healthy.
