Maybe you chose the wrong method. The correct way: enter the space-open "Space Settings"-open "Space Headportrait" in "Personal Information"-select the picture and modify it. If you directly click on the avatar in the space to modify it, it cannot be reduced. (as shown in the last two pictures)
