What do you eat for three meals a day to lose weight and beauty?
Drink honey water early (on an empty stomach): it helps to defecate; Eat a normal diet at noon and eat an apple an hour after meals (helpful for beauty); Help yourself to dinner, just eat when you are late, find a place to take a walk one hour after dinner, and stop eating after 9 pm. The effect is quite good. This is my weight loss plan.
