The first style of Baduanjin: three hands holding Tian Li.

(2) Put your hands flat in front of your abdomen and keep your fingers straight and close together. Then the palms rotate inward, outward, upward and downward respectively, and lift upward while rotating.

(3) Pause for a moment, adjust breathing to be stable, then extend your arms to both sides, turn your palms out obliquely from above, and gradually lower your arms to both sides. At the same time, exhale through your mouth instead and adjust your breathing.

The second style of Baduanjin: bow left and right, such as shooting a sculpture.
