Classification of computer control systems: data acquisition system (DAS), direct digital control system (DDC), computer monitoring system (SCC), distributed control system (DCS) and field bus control system (FCS).

DAS: data acquisition and processing

Directly control the production process

SCC: Realizing the Optimization of Production Process

DCS: Decentralized Control and Centralized Management

FCS: An open, interoperable and fully distributed control system.

DAS data acquisition system includes: visual report definition, audit relationship definition, report approval and release, data filling, data preprocessing, data audit, comprehensive query statistics and other functional modules. Expand the coverage of data collection and improve the comprehensiveness, timeliness and accuracy of audit work through the networking and digitization of information collection; Finally, we will realize the modernization of related business management, standardization of procedures, scientific decision-making and networking of services.

DDC stands for direct digital controller and DCS stands for distributed control system. One is the name of the intelligent controller and the other is the name of the system. DDC is a subsystem of DCS, which is a distributed control system including DDC and PLC. The Chinese name of DCS is distributed control system, which is mainly used for multi-loop control. It is a proprietary system, DCS manufacturers do everything, while PLC control is decentralized, mainly focusing on the control of switching values and a small number of analog signals. Large-scale PLC system (ROM is above megabit, the number of input and output points is above 1000, and there are field bus interfaces of various communication protocols) can be equivalent to DCS;; Small PLC system (only point-to-point communication interface) can become the local executive component of DCS system. There is a gap between the control objects of the two; DCS system is based on the graphics processing ability of PC software and hardware and network resources.

SCC computer monitoring system has two levels of control. The first stage uses DDC computer or analog regulator to complete direct control. The second stage is SCC computer, which makes necessary calculations according to the data and mathematical model reflecting the production process, and provides various control information, such as optimal given value and optimal control quantity, to DDC computer or analog regulator.

FCS uses Fieldbus, an open and interoperable network, to interconnect the field controllers and instruments to form a Fieldbus control system. At the same time, the control function is completely decentralized to the site, which reduces the installation cost and maintenance cost. Therefore, FCS is an open, interoperable and completely distributed control system, which is expected to become the mainstream product of 2 1 century control system.
