The second is bouncing.
Bouncing makes human bones, especially those of lower limbs, bear rhythmic pressure perpendicular to the growth plate. This external force can effectively stimulate the cartilage tissue in the growth plate and promote the elongation of the lower limb bones.
For children aged 3 ~ 6, rabbit jump, frog jump and racket ball are all good.
For children aged 6 ~ 12, high jump, long jump, skipping rope, playing basketball and football are all good choices.
For children over 12 years old, teamwork and competitive bouncing sports such as basketball and badminton are needed.

Bouncing can directly stimulate the growth of the growth board, but the intensity of this external stimulus needs scientific control.
The third category is stretching.
If you want to help your child grow taller by stretching, your child should insist on stretching more than three times a day for 5 ~ 10 minutes each time. Any time is fine. (video)
