Noon: Eat a normal diet, such as a few vegetarian dishes and a bowl of rice. You can eat some lean meat until you are full.

Also, if you are in a hurry to lose weight, you can only eat apples for four days in a row, and then follow my recipe for the next three days. If this cycle goes on, you will lose weight faster. I have lost 7 pounds after using my bike.
