However, after the case entered the trial stage, due to the strong professionalism of the trial business, there was a fear of difficulties in the mind, and there was a mentality of "more things and less things". The initiative was not enough and the enthusiasm was not high, which had some negative effects on the qualitative and quantitative discipline of the case.
(4) The standardization of the case needs to be further improved. The main reasons are that the rationality of documents is not strong, the collection of evidence such as photos is not complete enough, and the binding and filing are not standardized. These problems have affected the improvement of archives quality to some extent.
Second, the countermeasures to solve the problem
There are many reasons for the above problems. The main reasons are the weak coordination of anti-corruption, the lack of coordination mechanism or the insufficient play of its role, and the imperfect or inadequate implementation of some systems. The third is to strengthen training and constantly improve the ability to hear cases. In view of the great changes in judicial personnel in recent years, the professional quality needs to be improved. We should make full use of all kinds of business training opportunities organized by the discipline inspection and supervision organs at higher levels, strengthen study, and organize a special case trial training every year. At the same time, we should go out and broaden our horizons, learn advanced experience from other places, cultivate innovative consciousness and improve our business skills. Instead of training by meeting and training by case, we should make use of the opportunity of holding a meeting to conduct centralized analysis, discussion and reconciliation or open trial for the staged problems and typical, complex and difficult cases in case investigation and trial, so as to further improve the comprehensive quality and trial ability of judges.

The second is strict management to improve the efficiency of case trial. By introducing performance management concepts such as target management, benchmarking management and total quality management, an internal workflow is established on the local area network, and indicators such as the responsible person, working time limit, working standard and work connection of each work are managed online.
