How to thin thighs?
The prescriptions in my TCM book are: lemon grass 10g, verbena 10g, (10g is a spoon to eat) 300ml boiled water10min, twice a day, which can thin legs. Later, several students tried it and their legs became very thin. It took about two weeks, and the effect was obvious. I sincerely tell you the effective methods I know and hope to adopt my answer.
