1. What do you have?

My body was awakened. I fell in love with running, especially Tolek running. I like it very much. There are also dance sports such as top grass and Pamela, which are also super love. Although I can't keep up with my physical fitness, I feel the movement outside of running and have a feeling of joy. I am very happy to find that I can, I can, I can.

Most importantly, my body likes sports, but it seems that I need a leader so that I won't forget it, so I look forward to following it.

2. Look at your sports goals. What have you achieved? Is there anything left to do?

2 1 day aerobic exercise should achieve three goals:

Number one? Get into the habit of exercising every day

Second? I like the feeling of sports.

Third, know exercise, nutrition and health.

I have done the first and the second, and the third seems to be unclear, so I need to study again. I hope to strengthen nutrition before and after exercise and make my body healthier.

But I also found another problem. I like sports more than planned, such as rolling my stomach, but sometimes I don't have enough time. So, should we stick to the plan? But I like to roll my stomach like this. What should I do? How to solve the contradiction?

3. What is the reason for the failure?

Exercise, nutrition and health, I seem to have a misunderstanding, that is, the relationship between exercise and nutrition is separated, not combined. Therefore, after exercise, I still think that it is good to lose weight and shape, and not to supplement nutrition, which leads to decreased immunity.

4. What rules do you see from this 2 1 day? What should I do next to better support myself to achieve my goals?

From this 2 1 day, I have seen that although I like sports, I will spend a lot of time exercising late, which also leads to a late sleep time.
