First, the practice of regression concept.
"Looking back" refers to the internal examination of bones and muscles, flesh and blood, bone marrow and internal organs on the basis of watching. In this respect, the cultivation skills provided by Buddhism have very important reference value. Mr. nan huaijin has a monograph on Cooper Zen, which introduces its cultivation methods. One method is called "Cooper's Box", which starts with the hidden white spots under your feet. It seems that the muscles are retreating layer by layer, leaving only Bai Sensen's bones. From the bottom up, around to the head, I saw the whole body as a skeleton, without blood or meat. Then, the joints in the middle of the bone seem to be related to the same filament, and there seems to be air at each joint. Inspired by this method, the author extended this method to five zang-organs, bone marrow and Tang Yin's Mingmen, Tianmu (about one inch above Tang Yin), Mingmen, Laogong, Yongquan, perineum and Baihui. At first, you can close your eyes slightly and half-close, but after practicing for a long time, you can open your eyes. Through training, you can make your body and mind light, relax your limbs, and of course improve your ability to look back.
Second, the training of internal listening.
Its training method is "Ming Gu Tian", which was originally an accomplished eight-stage brocade. But it was modified to train internal hearing. According to Mr. Zhou's decades of research (including a series of works such as Human Pharmacy), he believes that any disease in the human body has a reflection point in the ear. He pressed the reflection point with a matchstick, which helped to cure many people's intractable diseases. There are nearly 200 acupoints (or reflex zones) in people's small ears, which should be carefully guarded, protected and trained. There are many ways to train your ears. This paper only introduces the method of singing drums:
1, calm down (or sit or stand or lie down), dry bath your hands on your face, separate your forefinger from your nose, separate your jaw from your chin, flip your ears and eyes from bottom to top, and rub them back and forth for twenty or thirty times to keep them warm.
2. Cover your ears with the palm of your hand, let the auricular door press on your ears, under your thumb, with your four fingers pointing up, gently pat your head, feel the wonderful sounds inside, such as insects, bells, strings, drums (maybe nothing), and forget the world. There are several ways of tapping: single finger tapping-the little finger tapping on the forehead, the forefinger tapping on the forehead, the middle finger tapping on the brain, the ring finger tapping on the ear, and the thumb tapping on the jawbone. The palm moves with the tapping position, but the ears and eyes remain the same.
3. The overall hitting posture is the same as above. Knock on the jade pillow naturally with your hands and fingers, and you can count silently. With the adaptability of the beat, you can slightly increase the intensity and shoot the rhythm and rhythm. Its rhythm is consistent with the rhythm of listening to "music".
4. Stir in your ears with your hands and fingers for a few times, and then leave quickly. When you stir, you will feel the change of rhythm. When you pull away, it seems that its "music" is continuous
5. Ring without knocking. After a period of training, there seems to be a feeling that you can knock into your ear without knocking. Pay attention to this feeling. This is ringing without knocking.
After the training of looking back and listening, the feeling of looking back and listening will naturally and smoothly transfer to the posture of drawing arcs and walking circles in Taiji. It is not intentional or forced. It will be interesting and beneficial to seek trends and realize randomness.
