The shortcut key for Ps to adjust the picture size is CTRL+T. You can enlarge and reduce the picture after turning on free transform.

First, put the material picture into PS to unlock the background layer.

Press the shortcut key Ctrl+T to open the free transformation, and drag the points around the picture to enlarge in the same proportion.

Click the chain symbol above to unlock the scaling, and you can freely adjust the screen scale.
